The Flirty Pineapple gladly accepts Paypal (preferred), Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please note the orders will be processed and shipped once your MO is received or your personal checks clear. An email confirmation will be sent to you regarding all cleared payments.
Order Processing TOP
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, I will process your order during my regular business hours which are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 - 4:00 and Wednesday between the hours of 12:00- 6:00 p.m. The weekends are reserved for my family so all orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. I am closed during the Holidays and my business hours will probably change once pre-school starts. I'll keep you all posted!! Custom Work and Proofs TOP
All of our stationery is personalized to your specifications so in a sense they are already custom made. However, complete custom designs is a option to you. Here, a design is created just for you and to your liking. Please let me know what you would like and I will gladly do my very best to create that special design. Digital proofs will be emailed to you and once you are completely satisfied, I will than complete your order and ship it out to you. Typically, there is no extra charge for this service but if I feel that your request may be to detailed or time consuming, I may have to apply a service charge with your permission. Digital Proofs are only provided for any type of invitation and announcement. In this case, a digital proof will be emailed to you once all your printing details are received. Once your final approval is received, I will process your order. Hard Copy Proofs TOP
I will gladly ship out 1 complete invitation with envelope of note cards, invitations and/or announcements at a cost of $3.00 per proof.
Due to piracy, the word "sample" will be printed across the stationery.

Please provide me with all of your personalization details. This includes all information for the note cards, calling cards, labels, invitations, announcements, ID tags, business cards and return address for the envelopes if applicable. Please double (and triple check!) all spelling, grammar and punctuation.

At The Flirty Pineapple I want all of my customers to be just thrilled with their purchases. This is why I ask that all of your printing details be checked for any errors. If I do come across an obvious typographical error, I will inform you immediately and I will make the changes once I receive your permission. We all have very busy lives so I always do my very best to have a satisfied customer. Therefore, if you do receive your order and you are not happy with it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will try to come up with a solution for you. If there is an error made solely on my part, I will gladly ship out an additional order once I receive the original order in the mail. Your new order will be shipped out at no cost to you.
